Push-Up Satu Menit sebagai Instrumen Sederhana untuk Memetakan Kebugaran Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis olahraga di lingkungan sekolah dasar memerlukan data kebugaran jasmani yang akurat sebagai dasar penyusunan program pembinaan yang tepat sasaran. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk menggambarkan kondisi kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan siswa melalui tes push-up satu menit sebagai bentuk asesmen lapangan yang sederhana, murah, dan mudah diterapkan. Pemilihan topik ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya pemantauan kebugaran anak sejak dini guna mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan pembinaan olahraga berbasis sekolah-komunitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif pada 20 siswa sekolah dasar yang terdiri atas 10 siswa laki-laki dan 10 siswa perempuan. Data diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan tes push-up selama satu menit, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk melihat kecenderungan sentral, variasi performa, rentang skor, dan kategori kemampuan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dengan nilai rata-rata, median, dan modus sebesar 10 repetisi. Siswa laki-laki memiliki rerata skor lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa perempuan, meskipun perbedaan individual tetap terlihat pada kedua kelompok. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa tes push-up satu menit memiliki nilai praktis sebagai dasar identifikasi kebutuhan pembinaan kebugaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta mendukung perencanaan program olahraga sekolah yang lebih terarah, terukur, dan berkelanjutan.
