JRIMED implements a double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific quality and impartiality.

The editorial workflow consists of:

1. Initial manuscript screening
2. Similarity checking using Turnitin
3. Assignment to Section Editor
4. Double-blind review by at least two reviewers
5. Editorial decision
6. Author revision
7. Final evaluation
8. Copyediting
9. Layout editing
10. Proofreading
11. Online publication

Average review time ranges from 4 to 8 weeks.
