Abstract

Penerapan perilaku hidup sehat di lingkungan perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam mendukung kualitas kesehatan civitas akademika. Mahasiswa memiliki potensi besar sebagai agen perubahan yang mampu memengaruhi perilaku kesehatan di lingkungan kampus. Namun demikian, tingkat kesadaran serta praktik perilaku hidup sehat di kalangan mahasiswa masih bervariasi dan belum optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan dalam mempromosikan perilaku hidup sehat di lingkungan kampus. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kegiatan edukasi kesehatan, pelatihan promosi kesehatan, serta kampanye perilaku hidup sehat yang melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator sebaya (peer educator). Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan mahasiswa, implementasi program promosi kesehatan, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa mengenai perilaku hidup sehat serta meningkatnya partisipasi mahasiswa dalam kegiatan promosi kesehatan di lingkungan kampus. Selain itu, mahasiswa yang dilatih mampu menjadi penggerak kegiatan edukasi kesehatan bagi teman sebaya. Program ini memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang lebih sehat melalui pendekatan pemberdayaan mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan.
