This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using educational game media in increasing the learning motivation of fourth-grade students in IPAS (Science, Social Studies, and Arts) subjects at SD Negeri 88 Batu Karopa, Bulukumba Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design, the study involved 23 teachers as respondents. The results indicate that the use of educational games was very well received by teachers (95.65% in the high category) and significantly boosted students' learning motivation, with 47.83% of respondents in the very high category and 52.17% in the high category after the intervention. A t-test revealed a significant difference in learning motivation (p = 0.000), and the Pearson correlation coefficient (r = 0.712) showed a strong relationship between educational games and learning motivation. It was found that 64.1% of the variation in learning motivation could be explained by educational games. Thus, educational game media is effective in creating an enjoyable, challenging, and interactive learning environment, contributing to increased student learning motivation.
